People sit more and move less in this “brave” new world.
This shift from a physically active life to reduced physical activities have exposed people to high risk of developing various health conditions such as obesity, hypertension, cardiac disorders, etc.
With the LIDRET program we create a lifestyle recovery and fitness program to fit your specific condition; as we use exercise as a means of recovery in lifestyle diseases. We are certified in the instructing of clients with sedentary lifestyle illnesses, as we work hand-n-hand with your Physician to aid recovery.
LIDRET is a 3 months’ program and it includes:
